Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Use the POS system (such as Aloha POS) to input guest information and manage seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station

- The Host is also responsible for take out orders

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Familiarity with hotel guest services is a plus

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
